Hike & Stretch @ Kennesaw Mountain!

Join us for a 2 mile hike starting at 1 pm. If you would like to make a day out of it, there are lots of trails to choose from! We will do the Visitor Center to Mountain Top Hike using East/West Trails, 2 miles. 

We will stretch before the hike at the base of the mountain standing (no need for a yoga mat).
