About the Event
If you haven't had a yoga class with Cari, you are in a for a treat. She teaches you how to breathe to relieve stress, safely increase flexibility,  and build strength. She also uses essential oils which is an amazing addition.Â
Bring water and your yoga mat!Â
After yoga we will head to Tree House Pub, Â 7 Kings Cir NE, Atlanta, GA 30305, for brunch!
