Scuba Diving: Intro to Scuba Diving For Actors

Surface Interval Productions’ Summer of Scuba events are extended aquatic sessions during which participants have the opportunity to explore scuba diving without committing to a certification course. Georgia Entertainment Sports League is partnering with SIP to bring members a Summer of Scuba event tailored just for you -- an Intro to Scuba Diving for Actors!  

What to Bring: swimsuit, *rash guard, towel, change of clothes, & *sunscreen. (*optional, for added comfort)

You'll select an hour-long time slot of your preference upon arrival and have the opportunity to mingle, munch, & sip when you’re not blowing bubbles underwater!

All scuba gear, additional equipment, and instruction required to participate will be provided by your dive leader.

Digital photos and footage of your session will be available as well.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Alcohol consumption may occur only AFTER getting out of the water and off scuba, not prior to.

Make sure that you grab one of the early time slots if you plan to drink during the event!  

The timeslots will start at 12:30 pm and 4 people can go per hour.  

About our instructor:  

Alea Hansinger is an actor and water safety professional for film & television, as well as the owner of Surface Interval Productions.  As an experienced, insured scuba instructor, her mission is to facilitate stronger, more connected communities through scuba.  Scuba Instructor:  NAUI (National Association of Underwater Instructors)
